WebSiteManagers offers free site migration with each order. We will be glad to move your sites to your hosting account from your former host.

Please follow the following steps to start the migration proccess to avoid downtime.

• Do not update the nameservers on your domain(s) until we tell you to.
• Submit a support ticket with the Domain(s) to be migrated and the FTP info for each.
• Allow 24 to 48 hours to do the migration.
• Follow the instructions on updating your namesrevers on your domain(s) we send you once the migration is complete.

Once the migration is finished and the nameserver update has propagated out through the internet review your site and make sure everything is working as it should be. Any problem please let us know and we will fix them.
